हम्रो यस श्री वागीश्वरी माध्यमिक विद्यालय पुनर्वास ले विद्यार्थी केन्द्रीत शैक्षिक राजनीतिअनरुप शैक्षिक गुणस्तर कार्यक्रम गर्न यस विद्यालय संग सम्व४ प्र.अ. शिक्षक,कर्मचारी, वि.व्य.स. शिक्षक अभिभावक संग सवैको सहकार्यमा विभिन्न किसिमका र०ानिति तर्जुमा गरी शैक्षिक गुणस्तर वृद्धी तथा कायम गरी राख्न प्रयासरत छौ । विद्यालयका विभिन्न पक्षहरु जस्तै ऐतिहासिक पक्ष, सामाजिक पक्ष, आर्थीक पक्ष, भौतिक पक्ष, लगायत सुधार का लागि प्रयासहरु भैरहेको छन ।विशेष गरी विद्यार्थीहरुले विद्यालयमा प्रवेश गरी सकेप५ि पठन पाठन गर्न पाउने अधिकारलाई संरक्षित राख्न खाली कक्षा व्यवस्थापन, नियमित विद्यार्थी मूल्याङ्कन पृष्ठ पोषण जस्ता कार्यक्रमहरु निरन्तर चलिरहेको छन । विद्यार्थीहरुको चौतर्फी विकासका लागि विविध सास्कृतिक कार्यक्रम अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलापहरु संचालन भईरहेका छन् । विद्यार्थी प्रोत्साहनका लागि विद्यालय र अक्षयकोष दाताहरुवाट छात्रवृतिको व्यवस्था , Smart Boardको माध्यमवाट पठन पाठन , खानेपानी, शैचालय, डेस्क बेन्च , कक्षा कोठा सि.सि क्यामरा, खेलकुद सम्मान पुरस्कार को व्यवस्था गर्दै शिक्षा सिकाई क्रियाकलापलाई प्रभावकारी वनाउन अनेकन प्रयास हरु भैरहेको ५ । सरोकारवाला निकाय संग समन्वयवाट विद्यालयको भौतिक अवस्थामा स¬धारका लागि प्रयासहरु भैरहेका ५न् । विद्यालयको वातावर०ा वाल मैत्री वनाउन प्रयास छौ । यो विद्यालय पुनर्वासर्कै सवैभन्दा जेठो विद्यालय भएर पनि सार्थक र पहचान को अभावका कार्यालय प्रभारी परी रहेको महसुस गरेका छौँ। विद्यालयको भविष्य नै सुन्दर वनाउन सवै सरोकारवालाहरुको जिम्मेवारी पर्याप्त भौतिक को अपेक्षा विद्यालयले गरी रहेको र सवैको साथ सहयोग भएमा एउट उत्कृस्ट विद्यालयको रुपमा स्थापीत गराउन सकिने संकेतहरु प्रसस्तै रहेको ५न् । विगत का वर्ष यता विद्यालयको शैक्षिक प्रगती पुनर्वासमै नमुनाको रुपमा रहेको यस विद्यालयलाई नमुना विद्यालय वनाउन अगाडी वढाउन पर्ने देखिन्छ । यस्मा सवैको ध्यानाकर्षण गर्न चाहान्छु ।

Our Sri Vageshwari Secondary School, Punarwas, in line with student-centered educational policies, is continuously striving to enhance and maintain educational quality by formulating various strategies through the collaboration of the headmaster, teachers, staff, School Management Committee (SMC), and Parent-Teacher Association (PTA). Efforts are underway to improve various aspects of the school, including historical, social, economic, and physical dimensions. Particularly, to safeguard the right of students to study after entering the school, programs such as empty-period management, regular student evaluation, and feedback are continuously running. For the all-round development of students, various cultural programs and extracurricular activities are being conducted. To encourage students, provisions for scholarships from the school and endowment fund donors, teaching through Smart Boards, drinking water, toilets, desk-benches, classroom CCTV cameras, sports, and award ceremonies are being arranged, and numerous efforts are being made to make teaching-learning activities effective. Efforts are also ongoing to improve the physical condition of the school through coordination with stakeholder bodies. We are striving to make the school environment child-friendly. Although this is the oldest school in Punarwas, we feel it has lagged behind due to a lack of meaningful identity and recognition. The school expects a proactive and dutiful role from all stakeholders to build a bright future for the school, and with everyone's cooperation, there are plenty of indications that it can be established as an outstanding institution. Over the past few years, the school's academic progress has stood out as a model within Punarwas, and it is evident that we need to move forward to establish this school as an exemplary model institution. I would like to draw everyone's attention to this.
